Welcome to The 79th Card. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MSM Global Apps LLC, a company registered in Delaware, USA (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Purpose of Services, Eligibility and Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)
The application provides astrological calculations, tarot card readings, dream interpretations, and ritual recommendations. Natal chart calculations (planetary positions) are performed on our secure servers — your birth data is not transmitted to external services for astrological calculations. All outputs, analyses, and responses generated by the application (including Artificial Intelligence) are provided strictly for ritual, personal, and entertainment purposes only.
Limitation of Liability for Notifications: In the apps from the App Store and Google Play, lunar and solar event alerts are local system notifications for full moon, new moon, and solar eclipse. They are scheduled for delivery the day before the event at 18:00 in the device's local time and require MYSTIC PREMIUM, Mystical alerts enabled, and system notification permission. Actual delivery may be delayed or differ depending on the operating system and device settings. On the web version, notification delivery depends on the supported browser and device. The Provider is not responsible for any non-delivery or delayed delivery of notifications caused by the User’s settings, device restrictions, operating-system limitations, or platform support.
2. Subscriptions, Payments and Auto-Renewal
The application offers premium content via subscriptions (MYSTIC STANDARD and MYSTIC PREMIUM, billed monthly or yearly). All transactions, payments, and potential refund requests are handled exclusively through third-party payment platforms (Apple App Store and Google Play Store). The Company does not have direct access to your payment information and does not process refunds directly.
Fair Use Policy
Some premium features of the application may be described as “unlimited” or “without limits.” This designation refers to normal personal use without daily restrictions.
To ensure service stability, protect against abuse, and maintain quality for all users, the Operator reserves the right to apply reasonable technical protective limits to selected features.
If applied, such limits are intended solely to prevent automated, excessive, repetitive, or commercial misuse of the service. They are intended to be set above ordinary personal usage, so most users should not encounter them during normal use.
Limits stated for specific features or subscription plans (for example, a number of readings per calendar month) apply separately and are shown in the app before purchase.
3. Intellectual Property
All content within the application, including (but not limited to) source code, text algorithms, graphic design, visual layouts, logos, and the name "The 79th Card", is the exclusive intellectual property of MSM Global Apps LLC. Any copying, distribution, or misuse of this content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
4. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Delaware.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The application and all its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the application.
6. Changes to These Terms
The Company may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that the Company reasonably deems harmful to the application, other users, or third parties.
8. Apple-Specific Terms
If you downloaded this application from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this agreement is between you and the Company only, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the application or its content and has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for it. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, and any claims relating to the application or your possession and/or use of it (including product liability claims) are the Company's sole responsibility. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.
9. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The application is optimized for mobile devices running iOS and Android. Use on a computer or laptop may not provide a full user experience, and some elements, such as date selection or calendar controls, may behave differently.

To generate horoscopes, natal charts, and readings, we only process the dry astrological data you enter:
This data is processed completely anonymously, without any identifying elements (it contains no personally identifiable information that could link the data to you).
Natal chart calculations (planetary positions) are performed on our secure servers — your birth data is not transmitted to external services for astrological calculations.
To provide deep text interpretations of your chart and readings, your anonymous astrological data and queries are sent via a secure API to OpenAI's servers. Planet positions are not calculated by OpenAI — only the written interpretation is generated there. We have a strict technical agreement with this third party, which guarantees that your anonymous queries are not stored, are not sold to anyone, and are not used to train artificial intelligence models.
There is no user account, registration, or login to close. You can remove local app data by uninstalling the App from your device. On the web, you can remove local data by clearing the website’s data in your browser settings. Uninstalling the App does not cancel an Apple subscription; subscriptions are managed separately through Apple. We do not sell any data to third parties.
The App is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over, in line with its store age rating. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit personal data from them.
If you are under 18, you should use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Depending on your country and applicable law, a parent or legal guardian may need to consent on your behalf to the processing described in this policy.
